Visit Kobe Port Tower, which now hosts a museum with a light-themed exhibition, a shop, and a café and bar with a rotating floor. Start at the observation deck to see the cityscape of Kobe and the surrounding area. There are multiple spots available for photographs of the harbor and skyline. Tickets include access to the rooftop deck (if selected), introduced after the renovation.
