Arrive in good time before the park opens to clear the entrance gates and pick up any printed tickets or wristbands without eating into your ride time. Queues at the main entrance build quickly once the park is busy, so an early start pays off across a full day.
Getting around the park
Magic Mountain is a large, hilly site spread across several themed areas, so comfortable footwear is strongly recommended. Ride queues vary throughout the day and tend to be shorter in the morning and later in the evening. Note that parking, food and drink, midway games, and certain separately ticketed experiences are not covered by the standard day ticket, so budget accordingly.
