Arrival and timing
The full experience runs for approximately 4 hours, so plan your day accordingly and arrive at the meeting point on Camino a Uxuxubi S/N in good time before your scheduled slot. Roundtrip transportation is included for guests staying between Tulum and the Moon Palace Hotel area, so confirm your pick-up details when you receive your booking confirmation.
Getting around the venue
The day moves between two distinct settings: the sanctuary grounds, where you will walk among the animals, and the jungle trail for the ATV ride. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for both. A helmet and goggles are provided for the ATV section. Note that collision insurance for the ATV is not included and can be purchased on-site for a small fee. Lockers are also available on-site at an additional cost if you wish to secure your belongings during the ride.
During your visit
- Keep phones and cameras considerate around the animals and follow your guide's instructions at all times.
- Purified drinking water is provided, but bring sunscreen and any personal items you may need for a half-day outdoors.
