“We had a private gondalor ride even though we didn't pay for it. Great views and well worth a visit. Didn't like all the add ons and they confused a lot of people. When purchasing directly from the website you shouldn't have to queue to get the tickets changed over. You should be given a qr code to scan at the gate without having to download the app. I wasn't happy I had to queue with people purchasing on the day. Also it said it opened at 8am on my confirmation email yet it didn't open till 9.30! So we had a long wait!”
