Rated just 2.1 out of 5, this tour drew consistent complaints about poor audio that failed for most of the journey, leaving passengers with no commentary on the sights passing by. Several visitors reported the bus never arrived at all, with no response from staff when they tried to make contact. Those who did board found few stops, little engagement, and a noisy, run-down vehicle.

  • It was a nice bus but there were barely any stops, the driver was nice but I've been on tours where they actually talk / engage w the audience not just turn on the audio.

  • I took the same tour a few year ago and had a great time. The guide walked us through multiple monuments and shared stories. This was boring and we spent most of the time driving through shopping areas The guide started the tour with I am the driver and I will be thinking about other places I would rather be. Also went on to tell us about how at 9:30 she will be taking her three grandkids to McDonalds. Four co-workers were with me and we were all disappointed

  • This was NOT a "hop on hop off" experience. We drove past many sites without getting off.

  • The audio did not play maybe 19 min of the whole two hour tour. The point of tour is to leave the places and we had no idea where we were. No one on the bus had audio

  • The bus was in disrepair. The engine was super noisy.

  • Unfortunately, we booked and paid for an evening tour and the bus never came to pick us up. I tried contacting the company via text, phone and email and got no response. It was very disappointing.
