It sits at Carretera Cancún-Tulum Km 282, making it accessible from both Cancún and Playa del Carmen, though transport to the park is not included in the ticket price.
Entry covers the full day of activities, with all required equipment provided: helmet, vest, and harness for the ziplines and vehicle circuit. A lunch buffet and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, including coffee, hot chocolate, natural smoothies, and fresh water, are included throughout the day. Arrival and timing
Arrive in good time before your chosen entry slot so you can collect your equipment, stow your belongings in the shared locker provided, and get changed in the on-site dressing rooms before heading out to the activities. Bring your own towel, as these are not supplied.
Getting around the park
Xplor covers a large outdoor and underground area, so expect to spend a full day moving between ziplines, cave swimming routes, jungle tracks and river sections. A helmet, vest and harness are included and must be worn for the relevant activities. Lounge areas with hammocks are dotted around the park if you need to rest between circuits.
