The site is large and exposed, so come prepared for the conditions: wear comfortable walking shoes, apply sun protection, and bring plenty of water, as these are not included.

- Follow your guide's directions throughout, as certain areas of the archaeological site have restricted access or designated pathways.
- Climbing the structures is not permitted at Chichén Itzá.
