Rome Cooking Classes offers hands-on culinary workshops in the Italian capital, placing participants directly at the worktop to learn the techniques behind some of Italy's most enduring dishes. The city has long been a reference point for pasta-making traditions, and these sessions draw on that heritage, guiding guests through the preparation of fresh pasta shapes including ravioli and fettuccine, as well as the assembly of tiramisù, the layered dessert that became a fixture of Italian dining in the latter half of the twentieth century.

Current workshops include a Pasta and Tiramisu session, a Ravioli, Fettuccine and Tiramisu Making Class, and a Spritz and Spaghetti Cooking Class that pairs a classic Venetian aperitivo with a Roman pasta staple. Each class is conducted in a kitchen setting where the focus is on practical technique rather than passive observation, making them a fitting way to engage with Roman food culture beyond the restaurant table.
