Arrival and getting started

Arrive in good time before you plan to begin, as you will need to collect your equipment, including helmet, vest and harness, and stow your belongings in your included locker. Lockers are shared between two guests, so coordinate with your group before you arrive. Bring your own towel, as these are not provided on site.

Getting around the park

Xplor covers a large outdoor area with multiple activity circuits, so wear comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for water, jungle terrain and physical activity. The park provides all safety equipment for ziplining and rafting. A lunch buffet and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks are included throughout the day, so you can refuel between activities at the on-site dining areas and hammock lounge zones.

During your visit

A photo service is available at an extra cost if you want a record of the day.
Alcoholic drinks are not included and must be purchased separately.
Keep your phone and valuables secured in your locker before heading out on water-based or zipline activities.

Xplor Park is located at Carretera Cancun-Tulum Km 282, Puerto Juarez, Solidaridad, in the Riviera Maya region near Tulum, Mexico. Please note that transportation to the park is not included with your ticket, so you will need to arrange your own travel.
