Acerca de este lugar

Maiselova 59/5 is a building on Maiselova Street in the heart of Prague's historic Jewish Quarter, Josefov, one of the best-preserved Jewish districts in Central Europe. The street itself is named after Mordecai Maisel, the influential 16th-century mayor of the Jewish Quarter and financier to Emperor Rudolf II, and the surrounding neighbourhood remains dense with synagogues, the Old Jewish Cemetery, and centuries of layered history.

Today the address serves as a departure point and meeting place for guided explorations of Prague's most storied landmarks. Visitors can join a mobile-guided tour of Charles Bridge and its Gothic tower, trace the life and literary world of Franz Kafka across the city's Old Town streets, or take a walking tour of the Old Town that includes entry to the Astronomical Clock Tower. Each experience draws on the remarkable concentration of medieval and early modern heritage that makes this corner of Prague so distinctive.
