Lisbon Cable Car

The Lisbon Cable Car, known locally as the Teleférico de Lisboa, runs along the waterfront of the Parque das Nações district in the east of the city. This stretch of the Tagus riverbank was transformed for Expo 98, and the cable car has since become one of the most recognisable ways to take in the panoramic views across the river and the modern architecture of the park below.

The ride connects the Oceanarium end of the park to the Torre de Belém area of Parque das Nações, carrying passengers above the esplanade and offering a perspective of Lisbon that is difficult to match at ground level. The Skip The Line Ticket allows visitors to board without joining the standard queue, making the most of time in a district that also contains the Pavilhão de Portugal and the Altice Arena.
