  • Magical atmosphere
  • Worth every penny

Visitors praise this tour for its knowledgeable guide, comfortable transportation, and well-organized itinerary. However, some reviewers note that the tour could be improved by allowing more time for exploration at the castles and providing clearer instructions for navigating the crowds. Overall, this tour is a great value for the price and offers a memorable experience of Transylvania's legendary castles and medieval Brașov.

  • I had reserved the 7am group, which was changed last minute to the 9am group because we were not enough, which was not a problem. However, we left one hour late - there was no explanation nor real apology whatsoever. Of course, having such a heavy schedule and having a 2,5-3h drive made that a problem. We were rushed in each place, the main castle everyone in the group wanted to see, Bran, was visited at the end and rushed because they wanted to avoid rush hour in Bucharest (this would have been avoided, of course, if we had not had started the tour one hour late). The day before the tour, I received a message from one of the organizers proposing entrance to two castles for 75€, they said they would send me the detailed offer and they never did. On the day of the tour, the guide proposed tickets to Bran castle for 35€ (instead of around 20€ at the entrance). This price was not explained nor made sense, as the most expensive ticket on-site (with a guide and access to teh torture chamber) was around 40€, but with 35€ we only had the basic entrance (no guide, no audio-guide, no access to the extra rooms). When we arrived to Brasov, we were just left to ourselves without real recommendations (only the cathedral and a narrow street that was not even accessible because it is being remodeled). All in all, it was a practical tour that took us to see beautiful landscapes and castles. However, I found it rude to start the tour late, not give us any kind of discount for the entrance tickets to the castles AND charge us more for the tickets without any reason (of course I imagine this was their way to get their commission/tip for the trip, but it was not very fair, and I believe different people had different prices...). It is a pity we were so rushed because Transylvania is just very beautiful! Also you should tell in the description that the tour is NOT made for people with walking disabilities/problems: Bran castle especially has no PMR access and this is something to have in mind before visiting.

  • Nice tour. Comfortable journey with nice storytelling mixed with history and legends.

  • Tour was amazingly organized! Ariana is very responsible tour guide, her English is very good as well. I loved the castles experience. Entrance was fast and smooth. Loved our free time in Brasov.

  • It was a very enjoyable and interesting experience. The selection of castles was excellent, each offering unique history and beautiful views. The guide was knowledgeable, which made the tour even more memorable. The itinerary was well-organized, and there was enough time at each location to explore and take photos. However, the bus did not have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer parts of the day. Improving this aspect would significantly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for an otherwise wonderful excursion—I would still recommend it to others.

  • The tour was good but rather long. You get to see what they offer and it is well organised albeit a bit regimental at times. Worth doing

  • Adriana was our guide and she was very good and explained the tour and all the places we visited.. Overall we had a nice experience

  • Overall, a mixed experience. Booking was very quick and easy, and the organization was good — clear instructions, easy meeting point, and the guide made sure no one got lost. However, the tour felt rushed due to long queues, and the “skip-the-line” tickets didn’t work. Also, be aware that there is no guiding inside the castles — only short, general explanations on the bus. Audio guides were not provided until I asked, and even then, they were quite limited. The pricing also felt unclear — the base tour was affordable, but the additional $70 for 2 castle visits seems excessive compared to actual ticket prices.
